If you are making the decision to purchase a Pre-Order treasure from our website please note:

Pre-Order treasures are merchandise items that are made to order by our Manufacturers.  

Payment must be made immediately at checkout, not at the time of shipment.

Pre-Orders are made voluntarily. Exchange Only. If you would like to cancel the item before receiving your treasure, Please Note No Refunds will be issued. Please email info@xsentrik.com to cancel at least two weeks before shipment date noted on item. Exchange Only for a treasure currently in stock. The stock item will ship out at least 3 days after exchange is completed.

Exchange Only for Non-Damaged Pre-Order items should be made within 7 days after receiving your treasure or treasures. Exchanged items can be shipped back to XsenTriK cAcHe within 7 days after receiving your package. Please send an email to info@xsentrik.com for full return address. All shipping costs are to be paid by purchaser.

Bathing Suits and Shoes are Final Sale - No Exchanges. No Refunds.

Exchanged Items: New treasures will not be shipped out until returned treasures are received by XsenTriK cAcHe, not damaged.
